Returns for Unwanted Items

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unwound, and in their original condition.
  
• Yarn labels and packaging must be intact.
  
• You must provide proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation).
  

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In these cases, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any reasonable return shipping costs.

How to Return an Item

If you would like to arrange a return, please contact us first with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. We will provide instructions on how to send the items back to us.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
